A couple of weeks ago we got our hands on a sweet old Smith Corona typewriter after my wife came up with a great idea for a new photo project. The images you see above are the first step in that photo project. It was a bit tricky getting each letter to line up right, but overall I’m very happy with how they turned out.

We are also going to be offering custom images using these same letters: first and last name banners, monograms or your favorite sayings are probably first on the list. If there is something you think you might like just give us a shout and we can get you pricing.

These are the new pictures that we’ll be bringing to the Wasatch Front Farmer’s Market at Wheeler Farm on July 17th. I think there is a bit of something in there for everyone!

Glass Photo Pendants

Just a quick shot to let you see what our new handmade glass photo pendants look like. I’ll post a better one when it’s not 5:30 in the morning. We’ll have these at the Farmer’s Market in Salt Lake today and should have them listed on our Etsy site soon as well.

This is the newest shot I’ve got at the Farmer’s Market (I actually sold my only copy today, but I’ll have more next week.) Printed out it’s 12″ x 36″  and has “Penguin Hop” underneath the image. The person that bought it purchased it for a friend who collects penguins, which I thought was pretty cool.

The five shots that make up the image where shot at the Hogle Zoo in 2007, but I didn’t get around to creating this until late last year when I was catching up on my photo backlog. I think the second frame is probably my favorite, it looks like the penguin is thinking, “Wow. This step is reeeeeally tall.” I’ll get this and last weeks shots up on Etsy tomorrow or Monday at the latest.
